Community Manager



The role of a Community Host is split into two core areas, front of house (FOH) coffee service and location management. FOH service will require the supervisor to lead all beverage operations and communicate with the Palette Collective Regional Manager to accomplish specific operational objectives. As location managment, the Community Mangers are responsible for being a point of contact for potential new tenants and will be able to speak knowledgeably about Palette Collective and the use of the space while also being able to schedule tours and general manatances of the building. This requires strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities and gold standard customer service skills.



Phoenix Metro Area, various locations



One year barista experience, time management, customer service, sales, excellent verbal communication, email communication, problems solving, basic technology abilities, social media (preferred), and retail sales (preferred).
