Community Host
DESCRIPTION
The role of a Community Host is split into two core areas, front of house (FOH) coffee service and location support. FOH service will require perform all beverage operations and communicate with the Palette Collective Community Manager to accomplish specific operational objectives. As a Host, you are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for any customers entering our space. In addition to providing outstanding customer service within coffee operations, you will be expected to assist customers with guidance and insight into Palette Collective and the businesses we represent. This requires strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities and gold standard customer service skills.

Part Time
LOCATION
Phoenix Metro Area, various locations
SKILLS
One year barista experience, time management, customer service, sales, excellent verbal communication, email communication, problems solving, basic technology abilities, social media (preferred), and retail sales (preferred).
