The role of a Community Host is split into two core areas, front of house (FOH) coffee service and location management support. FOH service will require the supervisor to lead all beverage operations and communicate with the Palette Collective Community Manager to accomplish specific operational objectives. As location management support, the Community Mangers are responsible for being a point of contact for potential new tenants and will be able to speak knowledgeably about Palette Collective and the use of the space while also being able to schedule tours of the building. This requires strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities and gold standard customer service skills.
